We rated each projection set on a scale from 0 to 100 (100 being the best score we received, 0 being the worst). We wanted to show performance over time,
so that you can see trends in performance. A projection set might be lucky or unlucky in one year or even two, but over time the sites that do a better job
should average out above the ones that have been more "thrown together" just to get some content there for you to look at.
